Melkbossrand beach
As you never see things

Sunset on Meklbossrand beach, Cape Town, South Africa
Last week I received my Lee filter set and mattebox from the UK.
The kit consisted of two sets Grad filters, one set was hard edged and the other set was the soft edge filters.
This is one of my favourite shots from my first trip out to play with the filters. A trip to the nearby beach.

Canon 5Dmkiii with a 24mm TS-e lens and a 0.9 ND Hard Edged filter, camera on a tripod and the exposure was 1/6th second at F13, 100ASA.
I find the 1/4-1/10th gives a wonderful sense of movement to the water and the rest is timing, magic and a wonderful sunset.
